Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) at FHS
PBSIS Mission Statement
The Franklin High School Strength of the Warrior Team has committed to continue creating and maintaining a Positive Learning Environment that “supports FHS students’ individual academic and social success”. By implementing Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, a nationally validated framework for creating a positive school climate, we “strengthen” our high school by developing a more intentional and inclusive environment for all stakeholders.
We encourage our students and staff to lead by example by setting realistic and relevant procedures and protocols. Our framework allows us to promote a collegial atmosphere in which our staff supports one another to benefit and model our expectations of students. We will continue to partner within our learning community to support all stakeholders and initiatives of Franklin Township Public Schools & Franklin Township as a whole.
