The Warriors This is the Way program at Franklin High School aims to empower students toward the fields of science, technology, engineering, and healthcare. Derived from the highly successful Bridge to Employment career readiness initiative brought to us by Johnson and Johnson alongside Rutgers University, our mission is to provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where students can develop essential skills, foster a passion for these fields, and make a positive impact on the world.
