Dear Franklin Middle School @ SGS Families,

As the proud Principal of Franklin Middle School @ Sampson G. Smith Campus, I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to each one of you—both returning and new families. Our school community is one of immense strength and support, and I am thrilled to be a part of it.

I am excited to share with you our school-wide theme for the 2024-2025 academic year, which is "Dream." Our seventh and eighth-grade students thoughtfully chose this theme to inspire a sense of optimism and a bright outlook as we embark on a year of growth, discovery, and mutual support.

With our theme of DREAM, we aim to ignite imaginations and aspirations, empowering our students to pursue their passions and make a meaningful impact on the world around them. At Sampson G. Smith School, we believe in the power of imagination and the pursuit of dreams. We invite every student to explore what it means to dream big, aligned with our credo that all things are possible.
