Mr. Orvyl Wilson, Director of School Management and Student Advocacy, and members of his team, provide support to District students and their families in the following areas:

• annual revision to the Student Code of Conduct

• behavior expectations and modifications through the Positive Behavior in Schools framework

• implementation of district policies on Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying and Hazing

• coordination of student discipline in partnership with building administration

• analysis and reporting of student safety data

• crisis support through the Student Assistance Coordinators

• coordination with Franklin Township to create programs for students and address situations in the larger community

• ensure a secure learning environment with the Supervisor of District Security and building administration

• collaboration with the administration of the district's Road to Success Alternative Program
